When "sit with the feeling" isn't enough

You've heard it before. "Sit with the feeling." "Where do you feel that in your body?" Maybe your chest is tight. Okay, your chest is tight. Now what?

This starter practice gives you a simple place to begin. It has four questions, one for each part of the Attune & Attend framework, to help you get out of your head and into what you actually feel.

This is for you if

  • You've tried to sit with a feeling and wondered what comes next

  • You know why you feel the way you do, and you still feel it

  • You tend to explain, fix, or manage a feeling before you've gotten to know it

  • You feel stuck and want a way forward that starts on the inside

What's inside

  • Four questions: Attune, Meet, Dialogue, and Attend

  • A simple way to begin the next time something stirs
